1. Who we are

This document covers every public website, microsite, web app, and tool operated by Tyler Smith and affiliated entities (collectively, the “Sites”). By using any Site you agree to everything below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

2. Terms of Service

You may use the Sites for your own lawful purposes. You may not (a) reverse engineer or scrape at scale, (b) abuse, overload, or interfere with the Sites, (c) misrepresent yourself, (d) use the Sites to violate any law or third-party right, or (e) train competing models on our outputs without permission. We may change, suspend, or end any part of the Sites at any time, with or without notice. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display it as needed to run the Sites and provide you the result you asked for.

The Sites are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to USD $50 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (e.g., fraud, gross negligence, statutory consumer rights).

3. Privacy

What we collect

Why we use it

Who we share it with

Service providers we use to run the Sites (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, AI model providers), strictly under confidentiality and only for the purpose of providing those services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

Where it is processed

Primarily in the United States. By using the Sites you consent to processing in the US and any other country where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

4. Your rights (everywhere, all at once)

Wherever you live, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Specifically:

To exercise any right, contact us by physical mail at the address below or reach out via any official site contact form. Written address: xmoc.htims-relytq)ta(zstw (transcribe right-to-left, replace “(at)” with the at-sign - provided only as a human-readable, scraper-resistant identifier, not an active mailbox link).

5. Cookies and tracking

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies and local storage for sign-in, preferences, and basic analytics. Where required by law we ask for consent before non-essential tracking. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; some features may not work without them.

6. AI disclosure

Several Sites use large-language-model and image-model providers to generate text, summaries, reports, and visuals. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, or out-of-date and should not be relied on as legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. We do not use your private content to train third-party foundation models; we do use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the Sites.

7. Intellectual property & DMCA

Content, software, and trademarks on the Sites are owned by us or our licensors. If you believe content on a Site infringes your copyright, send a notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to the contact identifier in Section 4. Repeat infringers will be terminated.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, scoped database policies, least-privilege access). No system is perfectly secure; report any vulnerability via the contact identifier in Section 4.

9. Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If anything blocks your access, use the contact identifier in Section 4 and we will work to fix it.

10. International users

You are responsible for complying with your local laws when you access the Sites. Some features may not be available in every jurisdiction.

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies. Nothing here prevents you from seeking remedies available to you under such mandatory laws.

12. Changes

We may update this document. Material changes will be highlighted at the top with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
